Questo metodo viene utilizzato quando si applicano strati aggiuntivi di Cerakote sopra lo strato di base. Per favorire un'adesione ottimale tra gli strati, \u00e8 molto importante che i tempi e le temperature di polimerizzazione siano corretti.<\/p>\n<p>Per ottenere un'adesione adeguata e una durata a lungo termine, si consiglia di seguire i seguenti programmi di polimerizzazione flash per i rivestimenti della Serie H e della Serie C.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Serie H Flash Cure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Infornare le parti per 10-25 minuti a 150\u00b0F - 180\u00b0F, fino al punto in cui non si formano pi\u00f9 le tracce (il tempo di assenza di tracce varia a seconda del substrato e della densit\u00e0 del substrato).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Serie C Flash Cure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Polimerizzare all'aria da 45 minuti a 1 ora, fino a quando non si presenta l'appiccicosit\u00e0 (i tempi di appiccicosit\u00e0 variano a seconda dell'ambiente di spruzzatura, cio\u00e8 umidit\u00e0 e temperatura).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Serie Elite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non si consiglia di stratificare Elite-Series perch\u00e9 l'adesione potrebbe essere compromessa a causa della sua elevata resistenza chimica.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Polimerizzazione eccessiva<\/strong> Quando si applicano pi\u00f9 strati, l'adesione e la sfaldatura del fondo possono risultare insufficienti. <strong>Sotto polimerizzazione<\/strong> pu\u00f2 far s\u00ec che il rivestimento di base rimanga morbido o appiccicoso.
