Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 n'attaque pas, n'ablate pas et n'enl\u00e8ve pas le rev\u00eatement pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler une couche de couleur suppl\u00e9mentaire ou exposer le substrat sous-jacent. Cet effet permet de cr\u00e9er des motifs sur la pi\u00e8ce cerakot\u00e9e, tout en laissant la protection de la cerakote intacte.<br \/><br \/>Les directives suivantes d\u00e9crivent comment cr\u00e9er une matrice de test sur un laser \u00e0 fibre pour Cerakote Laser Imaging. Chaque marque de laser, chaque mod\u00e8le, chaque puissance, etc. n\u00e9cessitera des r\u00e9glages diff\u00e9rents pour cr\u00e9er l'effet d'imagerie souhait\u00e9. Cette proc\u00e9dure est une fa\u00e7on de commencer l'imagerie laser sur votre propre laser.<br \/><br \/>Chaque couleur de Cerakote r\u00e9agit diff\u00e9remment au processus d'imagerie. Une liste de couleurs recommand\u00e9es est fournie \u00e0 la fin de cette page.<br \/><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading2\">M\u00c9THODE D'ESSAI<\/h2>\n<p><br \/>Un laser \u00e0 fibre de 20 \u00e0 60 watts est recommand\u00e9 pour le processus d'imagerie laser Cerakote.<br \/><br \/>La m\u00e9thode d'essai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e qui sera d\u00e9crite dans ce guide est ce que l'on appelle le \"test des carr\u00e9s\". La base de la m\u00e9thode du test carr\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une grille puissance-fr\u00e9quence (figure 1).<br \/><br \/>Des panneaux cerakot\u00e9s (3\" x 6\") sont recommand\u00e9s comme support d'essai. Le test est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des fr\u00e9quences et des niveaux de puissance variables. Chaque fois que le test est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9, il est possible d'utiliser une largeur d'impulsion, un espacement des lignes ou une vitesse diff\u00e9rents. La modification de ces variables permet \u00e0 l'utilisateur de trouver les r\u00e9glages appropri\u00e9s pour sa machine.
