Une bonne adh\u00e9rence m\u00e9canique est la cl\u00e9 des performances de Cerakote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les m\u00e9dias<\/strong>: Nous recommandons vivement d'utiliser de l'oxyde d'aluminium de grain #100 ou du grenat Sand. L'un ou l'autre donnera au substrat un profil correctement d\u00e9cap\u00e9 pour l'application et la performance de la Cerakote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riau du substrat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9taux<\/strong>: 1TP229Sablage \u00e0 environ 80-100 PSI, le profil de sablage doit ressembler \u00e0 une finition de papier de verre. Apr\u00e8s le sablage, v\u00e9rifiez que les pi\u00e8ces ne pr\u00e9sentent pas d'incoh\u00e9rences. Si la surface de la pi\u00e8ce pr\u00e9sente des variations de brillance apr\u00e8s le sablage, c'est que vous n'avez pas suffisamment sabl\u00e9. Continuez \u00e0 sabler les pi\u00e8ces jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez un profil coh\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Composites : (c.-\u00e0-d. plastique\/polym\u00e8re\/fibre de carbone)<\/strong>: Sand sablage \u00e0 environ 30-40 PSI, en s'effor\u00e7ant d'obtenir un profil l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grav\u00e9, le profil de sablage doit ressembler \u00e0 un aspect mat. Apr\u00e8s le sablage, v\u00e9rifiez que les pi\u00e8ces ne pr\u00e9sentent pas d'incoh\u00e9rences. Si la surface de la pi\u00e8ce pr\u00e9sente des variations de brillance apr\u00e8s le sablage, c'est que le sablage n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisant.
