Este proceso no graba, erosiona ni elimina el revestimiento para revelar una capa de color adicional, ni deja al descubierto el sustrato subyacente. Este efecto permite crear patrones en la pieza Cerakoteada, dejando intacta la protecci\u00f3n del Cerakote.<br \/><br \/>Las siguientes directrices describen c\u00f3mo crear una matriz de prueba en un l\u00e1ser de fibra para Cerakote Laser Imaging. Cada marca de l\u00e1ser, modelo, potencia, etc. requerir\u00e1 diferentes ajustes para crear el efecto de imagen deseado. Este procedimiento es una forma de empezar a utilizar el l\u00e1ser Cerakote en su propio l\u00e1ser.<br \/><br \/>Cada color de Cerakote reacciona de forma diferente al proceso de Imaging. Al final de esta p\u00e1gina encontrar\u00e1 una lista de colores recomendados.<br \/><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"heading2\">M\u00c9TODO DE PRUEBA<\/h2>\n<p><br \/>Se recomienda un l\u00e1ser de fibra de 20-60 vatios para el proceso Cerakote Laser Imaging.<br \/><br \/>El m\u00e9todo de ensayo preferido que se describe en esta gu\u00eda es el denominado \"ensayo cuadr\u00e1tico\". La base del m\u00e9todo de prueba al cuadrado es crear una red de potencia a frecuencia (figura 1).<br \/><br \/>Se recomiendan paneles cerakoted (3\" x 6\") como medio de prueba. La prueba se realiza con distintas frecuencias y niveles de potencia. Cada vez que se ejecuta la prueba, se puede utilizar un ancho de pulso, un espaciado entre l\u00edneas o una velocidad diferentes. El cambio de estas variables permitir\u00e1 al usuario encontrar los ajustes adecuados para su m\u00e1quina.
