Una buena adherencia mec\u00e1nica es clave para los atributos de rendimiento de Cerakote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medios de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Recomendamos el uso de \u00f3xido de aluminio de grano #100 o granate Sand, cualquiera de los dos dar\u00e1 al sustrato un perfil de granallado adecuado para la aplicaci\u00f3n y el rendimiento de Cerakote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Material del sustrato<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Metales<\/strong>: 1TP229 Chorrear a aproximadamente 80-100 PSI, el perfil del chorro debe parecerse a un acabado de papel de lija. Despu\u00e9s del chorreado, inspeccione las piezas en busca de inconsistencias. Si la superficie de la pieza var\u00eda en brillo despu\u00e9s del chorreado, no ha chorreado lo suficiente. Contin\u00fae chorreando las piezas hasta conseguir un perfil uniforme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materiales compuestos: (es decir, pl\u00e1stico\/pol\u00edmero\/fibra de carbono)<\/strong>: Sand chorrear a aproximadamente 30-40 PSI, procurando un perfil ligeramente grabado, el perfil del chorreado debe parecerse a un aspecto mate. Despu\u00e9s del chorreado, inspeccione las piezas en busca de inconsistencias. Si la superficie de la pieza var\u00eda en brillo despu\u00e9s del chorreado, no ha chorreado lo suficiente.
